The routine answered with the source cited. The unusual routed to a person.
Most requests a service team receives have been answered before. We build assistants that answer those from your own policies with the passage cited, route the rest to the right person with the full context attached, and look up status directly from your systems, so customers wait less and your agents handle the cases that genuinely need them.
What customer service leaders ask first.
Can an assistant answer customers without inventing things?
It answers only from the material you provide, cites the passage it relied on, and says plainly when the material does not cover the question. Those three constraints are engineered into the system rather than requested of it, and the acceptance tests include questions it must decline.
How are tickets routed?
By the rules you define and by what the ticket actually says. A billing question goes to billing, a complaint goes to a person, a status question is answered directly when the status is known, and an urgent tone is recognized and escalated. Every routing decision is logged with its reason.
Does it respect who is allowed to see what?
Yes. Access follows the permissions you set. An assistant for customers never sees internal documents, and an assistant for agents sees only what their role allows. The permission model is written into the scope before the first build.
Can it learn from our best agents?
It can be grounded in their work. Resolved tickets, approved macros and your knowledge base become the material the assistant answers from, and every answer it cannot ground becomes a candidate article for your team to write. The quality of the assistant rises with the quality of the material, which stays under your control.
Which channels and languages does it support?
Chat, email and the phone, in Spanish and English, inside the tools your team already uses. The documentation your team receives is written in the same languages.
What we build for customer service leaders.
The work customer service leaders bring to us most often, each piece built on your real files, tested against your acceptance criteria, and handed over documented and owned.

One meeting. A clear next step.
A free 20-minute meeting to scope what you want to build, see what is possible and map where it could go. You receive one of three answers in writing the next business day. Worth building, worth a closer look first, or not yet. In a 2025 field experiment with 776 professionals at Procter and Gamble, published in Organization Science, one person working with AI matched the quality of a two-person team working without it. The meeting finds out where that applies to you.
