RJMC for dental and medical offices

Every call answered, every chair filled, every follow-up done.

A practice lives on the telephone and the schedule. We build the assistant that answers every call and books the appointment, the intake that arrives complete before the visit, the reminders that reduce no-shows, and the billing follow-up a person approves. Patient records stay out of scope until a HIPAA setup with signed business associate agreements is in place, and the scope says so in writing.

Read the full FAQ

Can the phone assistant book appointments on its own?

Yes, for new and returning patients, within the hours and the rules you set, including the services offered, the slots available and what must reach a person. It identifies itself as an AI assistant, books into your scheduling tool, sends the confirmation and transfers anything unusual to the front desk with a transcript.

What about patient records and HIPAA?

Protected health information is out of scope until a HIPAA-capable configuration exists, with business associate agreements signed by every vendor on the path, encrypted storage and access logs. Until then we build around scheduling, intake forms, reminders and billing follow-up, and the scope states exactly what the system never touches.

Does it work with our practice management software?

It works beside it. The system reads what your software exports and writes back in the formats it accepts, or through its connection where one exists. Nothing replaces the software your staff already know.

Can it reduce no-shows?

It can remove the usual causes. Confirmations go out on a schedule, unconfirmed appointments appear on a daily list for the front desk, cancellations open the slot to a waitlist you maintain, and recalls are sent when a patient is due. The practice sees who has not confirmed before the day begins rather than after the chair sits empty.

Can it operate in Spanish and English?

Both, on the same line. Callers are answered in the language they speak, reminders go out in the language on file, and the transcripts reach you in the language of the call.

How RJMC supports dental and medical offices

Open balances tracked in one place, follow-up messages drafted for a person to send, and a weekly report of what was collected.

Where it starts

One meeting. A clear next step.

A free 20-minute meeting to scope what you want to build, see what is possible and map where it could go. You receive one of three answers in writing the next business day. Worth building, worth a closer look first, or not yet. In a 2025 field experiment with 776 professionals at Procter and Gamble, published in Organization Science, one person working with AI matched the quality of a two-person team working without it. The meeting finds out where that applies to you.
